Szeretettel emlékeztetjük Paptestvéreinket és rajtuk keresztül híveinket, hogy ez év május 26-án Európai Parlamenti választás lesz országunkban.

Minden jóakaratú embernek, de főleg katolikus hívőnek kötelessége élni szavazati jogával.

Arra kérjük testvéreinket, hogy olyan jelöltekre adják le szavazatukat, akik a keresztény értékeket felvállalják, az élet kultúráját hirdetik, óvják a keresztény értékrendekre épülő családot, annak méltósságát és az Isten által teremtett világot.

Olyan jelöltekre szavazzanak, akik felvállalják a kisebbségek jogaikért való küzdelmet, a vallásszabadság érvényesítését, akik bíznak a fiatalokban és támogatják őket. Nem mindegy, hogy a jövő Európáját és annak irányítását kiknek a kezébe tesszük. Itt és most az a dolgunk, hogy éljünk választó jogunkkal és alkalmas személyre adjuk le szavazatunkat.
 
Adja Isten, hogy a keresztény Európa ne csak történelmi emlék, hanem tovább élő valóság legyen!

For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).

Dear brothers and sisters, the path before us is clear, though it is not easy. We are called to allow our hearts to be renewed, so that we might seek peace and care for creation. Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from them (cf. Prov 4:23).
