Idén is, mint minden évben, sor kerül az Apostoli Szentszék javára szervezett gyűjtésekre. Bár érthető, hogy a világjárvány negatív anyagi kihatásait híveink is megérzik, de keserű kötelességem megosztani a Főtisztelendő Paptestvérekkel, hogy az elmúlt évben ezeken a gyűjtéseken a romániai egyházmegyék közül a miénkben gyűlt össze a legkevesebb összeg. Hogyan várjuk el a Szentszéktől, hogy ne a mi szűk mércénkkel mérjen, amikor mi kérjük a segítségét?

1. Nagypénteken, április 2-án, a Szent Sír perselyt a szentföldi Katolikus Egyház támogatására jegyzőkönyv ellenében adják le a főesperesi hivatalba, ahonnan április 11., vasárnap estig továbbítják az Érsekség Gazdasági Osztályára.

2. A Péterfillérek néven ismert gyűjtést 2021. június 27-én, vasárnap tartjuk. A begyűlt összeget kérjük július 11., vasárnap estig beküldeni az Érsekség Gazdasági Hivatalának.

For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).

Dear brothers and sisters, the path before us is clear, though it is not easy. We are called to allow our hearts to be renewed, so that we might seek peace and care for creation. Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from them (cf. Prov 4:23).
